Music, art, stories, and playtime for you and your toddler, plus parenting and developmental discussions for parents/caregivers. Your toddler will love exploring and creating art projects with new friends in a play-basic environment. Older siblings up to age 5 are welcome with a $30.00 art supply fee.

Storybook Arts Ages 3½ -4 Years Kim Nguyen

Gather round for story time fun with Teacher Kim! We’ll first read a short story, then do fun art projects based on the theme of the story. Leave your nice clothes at home and wear clothes that can get messy! Snacks to be provided for the 3 -4 yr olds.

American Girl Mini Camp Ages 5-15 years Carol Kraus

Come join us for a week of run learning history through discussion of the lives and times of two American Girls: Samantha and Molly. There will be crafts, games, a tea party and a luau, and on Friday night the girls will present a play for their families and friends. If possible, the girls should know the Samantha and Molly stories.

Week Long Camps Ages 3-6 years Imagination Unlimited

Class 501 –Creative Chemistry - Both safe and “explosive,” this chemistry class introduces the basics of chemistry. Students will do experiments in which solutions bubble, fizz, change color or temperature. Students will have fun and learn as they carefully mix and work with safe chemicals while understanding why things change! Class 502 – Play-motion: Physics goes Physical – Dropping, running, sliding and jumping – this will be a full-bodies exploration of some basic laws of physics. Through active play, young scientists will learn about gravity, friction, inertia, acceleration and equal and opposite force. This hands-on, feet-on, mind-on physics curriculum is designed to develop an early interest in enthusiasm for science. Class 503 – Splish-Splash - Touch sand that can’t get wet and feel “snow” erupt in your hands. From soggy to sodden, this class will wet your interest in science while exploring surprising aspects of a substance we think we know well – water. Expect students to come home damp and delighted. Class 504 – Sand, Sun & Science – Here’s a science class as much fun as a day at the beach. The simple pleasures of summer become a medium for learning about scientific processes, including states of matter, force and motion, energy conservation, erosion, archaeology, and liquefaction. They’ll puncture balloons without popping them, explore the power of sun by using it to warm water in a solar heater and make a big bag float, and more. Class 506 – Marvelous me Class 507 – Make and Take: Toy Workshop - We’ll tour the globe, learning about how children played in different times and places while building blowpipes and pocket yo-yo’s. Combining engineering, basic physics and materials science with history, geography and multicultural studies, this toybox is full of learning.

Soccer Ages 3 ½ -12 years Just4KicksTom Vischer’s Just4Kicks program teaches soccer with age-appropriate curriculum. Each lesson focuses on a particular aspect of the game with activities to learn and practice the skill. Emphasis is on fun – not winning.

Each day will consist of multiple activities structured around one main art activity. Kids will work with several kinds of mediums such as clay, print-making, paper mache, to create artwork. We will make every effort to provide non-toxic and kid-friendly art materials for children to work with. Ages 5-7Class 602 - Animal Adventures - Travel through the jungle, the ocean, the mountains, and the desert, meeting and creating fun, imaginary creatures on the way! Class 603 - Design and Build Adventures- Explore crazy buildings from around the world and design your own fun place to live, with surprises in every corner! Class 604 - Adventurous Me! - All about me, my world, and my family! Create self-portraits with real clothing and accessories, and a lot more! Class 605 - Adventures in My Backyard! - Recreate a trip to the backyard, revealing mysterious insects, butterflies, beautiful flowers, and more! Age: 8-12 yrsClass 606 - Animal Adventures - Create imaginary and real creatures in mixed media. Includes an introduction to 2-D and 3-D mediums of art that will be used specifically for ‘creature-design’! Class 607 - Design and Build Adventures - Using various 2-D and 3-D mediums, design a space that is truly yours! Make it zany and fun, with hidden nooks and corners! Class 608 - Adventurous Me! - All about me and my world! Create self-portraits with real clothes and accessories, in 2-d and 3-D! Class 609 - Comic Book Adventures! - Create a complete comic book with seriously funny characters or reveal the hidden superhero in you!
